Paper Sailors Rock offers a range of specialty services including own boat tuition, marine radio certificates of proficiency and a range of practical workshops from berthing your boat to practising Crew Overboard Recovery methods on Moreton Bay.
Own boat tuition can be from half a day to 5 days. This takes place aboard your own vessel and can include completing an RYA qualification simultaneously. It can be so valuable to step aboard your own yacht as RYA-proven methods and practice can be adapted for you, your crew and your yacht. The Instructor is able to work with you to set your yacht up to be safe, easily handled whilst also ensuring you sail with the utmost safety.
Marine Radio is also offered including both the Short Range Certificate of Proficiency (SROCP) and Long Range Certificate of Proficiency (LROCP). This 1 day course includes classroom and practical activities as well as the exam to receive your SRCOP or LRCOP.
