At Paper Sailors Rock, our goal is to strive for sailing to be inclusive of all; where there is respect for all who wish to sail and diversity is the norm. It is vital that a safe and supportive environment is created. This environment is important for female sailors to learn so that they can gain confidence, develop in skills and sailing knowledge, As a female instructor, I am in the privileged position to be able to offer this and be rewarded by observing each participant develop and achieve her goals.
Expressions of interest are welcome for longer women’s sailing trips, including RYA training courses. However, a total of 5 women is required to run these sailing adventures or RYA women’s only sailing courses.
