The RYA Coastal Skipper and Yachtmaster Offshore is an advanced course in navigation and meteorology for candidates for the Coastal Skipper and RYA Yachtmaster Offshore Shorebased Certificate.
The assumed level of knowledge before starting this course is the Day Skipper Shorebased Course.
